Terms of Use and Limitation of Liability

1. General

The website ezolda.com, in its Hebrew and English versions (the "Site"), is the website of PhD. Ezolda Schreiber, consulting, management and strategy ("I"). Use of the Site is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy. Browsing the Site or sending an inquiry through it constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the information on the Site

  • The information on the Site is general information intended to present my areas of practice and services.
  • It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, psychological or any other advice, and is not a substitute for advice tailored to a specific organization.
  • It does not constitute an offer to enter into an agreement. Services, their scope and terms may change.
  • Any decision or action taken on the basis of the information on the Site is the sole responsibility of the person taking it.

3. Inquiries and engagements

  • Sending an inquiry through the Site does not create an engagement or a consultant-client relationship, and does not oblige me to provide any service.
  • An engagement to provide services will be made only by a separate written agreement setting out the scope, fees and terms.
  • The results of consulting and organizational processes depend on many factors beyond my control, so the Site makes no commitment to any particular result.
  • The Site uses third-party services to deliver inquiries. An inquiry may not arrive because of a failure beyond my control. If you have not received a reply within a few business days, please call +972-52-232-5385 or email contact@ezolda.com.

4. Limitation of liability

  • The Site and its information are provided "as is". I make efforts to keep the information accurate and current, but I do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times, or that the Site will operate without interruptions or errors.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its information, from any failure, interruption or error on the Site, or from any act or failure of third-party services (such as hosting and form-delivery services).
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have by law, including under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, where applicable.

5. Links and third-party services

The Site links to external websites (such as LinkedIn) and uses the third-party services listed in the privacy policy. I have no control over the content, availability or privacy practices of these sites and services, and their use is subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site's content, including text, design and marks, are reserved to me or to the rights holders who permitted their use. Images on the Site are for illustration. The Site's content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited use

The Site may not be used to send false inquiries, spam or offensive content, to attempt to harm its operation or security, or to collect information from it by automated means.

8. Consumer protection

The Site does not sell products or services and does not allow transactions or payments. The services are intended for organizations and managers, and their terms are set in a separate agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Law, where applicable.

10. Changes

I may change the Site, its content and these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the top.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to the Site.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. In case of any discrepancy between the Hebrew and English versions, the Hebrew version prevails.
