Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected on ezolda.com (the "Site"), why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are. It was written in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001. The Hebrew version of this policy applies to the Hebrew version of the Site; in case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What information is collected
Information you provide in the contact form: full name, role in the organization, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and any additional information you choose to write. Please do not include sensitive information (such as medical information) that is not needed for your inquiry.
Technical information: when you browse the Site, the servers of the hosting provider and the font service may automatically receive your IP address, browser type, time of visit and the page viewed. This information is used to deliver and secure the Site and to prevent misuse.
You are not legally required to provide any information, and every field in the form is optional. To let me get back to you, please leave an email address or phone number.
3. How the information is used
- Responding to your inquiry, scheduling a call and assessing fit for the requested service.
- Providing services and managing the professional relationship, if we work together.
- Operating, securing and improving the Site.
- Complying with legal requirements.
Your information will not be sold, rented or used for marketing mailings. Marketing messages will be sent only with your explicit prior consent, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, and you may ask to stop receiving them at any time.
4. Who the information is shared with
Information is shared only with parties needed to operate the Site and handle your inquiry, and only to the extent necessary:

Some of these parties operate outside Israel, so your information may be stored outside Israel. Such transfers are made in accordance with the regulations on transfer of data to databases abroad. Information may also be disclosed to a competent authority where required by law.
5. Data security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to inquiries is limited to those who handle them. Reasonable measures are taken to protect information in accordance with the Data Security Regulations. No computer system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. How long information is kept
Inquiry details are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and the professional relationship. An inquiry that does not lead to an engagement will be deleted no later than 24 months after it was received, unless the law requires keeping it longer.
7. Your rights
- Right of access to information held about you (Section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law).
- Right to request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated (Section 14).
- Right to be removed from any contact or mailing list (Section 17F).
- Withdrawing consent at any time and asking for your inquiry details to be deleted.
Requests can be sent to contact@ezolda.com. I may ask for details to verify your identity before handling a request. You will receive a response within 30 days. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.
9. Links to other websites
The Site links to external websites such as LinkedIn. This policy does not apply to them, and we recommend reading their privacy policies.
10. Minors
The Site is intended for organizations and professionals and is not intended for minors under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The binding version is the one on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the top.
